1. Delivery / Shipping Locations

We deliver in: Curacao 1 to 2 day delivery

We currently only deliver in Curacao

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

Unique Nature Soaps.co is not responsible for any customs or import duties charged once the order reaches your country.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost in transit:

We’ll assist in filing a claim and/or resending your package when and if eligible.

8. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
